The compact and lightweight premium sports helmet NXR2.

Safety: Its outer shell made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) offers optimal impact protection in conjunction with a polystyrene core system composed of several elements with different absorption capacities.
The CWR-F2 visor, newly developed for the SHOEI NXR2, with a two-dimensional shape enables a distortion-free and very natural view. Reinforcements on the upper and lower edges of the visor increase torsional rigidity, and a locking mechanism now in the middle prevents the visor from opening unintentionally. Thanks to a further developed mechanism from the previous model, it can be changed and adjusted quickly and without tools.
The enlarged, anti-fog PINLOCK®EVO lens that comes with the helmet allows unobstructed vision in a large part of the usable field of vision, even under difficult weather conditions, thanks to the attachment points set far back.
The chin strap with double-D closure is easily adjustable and keeps the helmet securely in place.
In an emergency, the cheek pads can be easily removed thanks to the EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System) for gentle helmet removal.

Wearing comfort: 4 different outer shell sizes (XXS-S | M | L | XL-XXL) make the NXR2 a compact, lightweight sports helmet with a wide range of sizes. Its low weight relieves the strain on the neck muscles and thus reduces the fatigue effect, whether during sporting use on the racetrack or on extended tours.
The three-dimensionally contoured head pad, the pre-shaped cheek pads and the chin strap pad are completely removable and washable. Slightly roughened but soft, quick-drying cover materials reduce the friction of the padding on the skin and ensure a comfortable fit. The newly designed cheek pads make it easier to put on and take off the helmet. Thanks to their more voluminous underside, they reduce the noise exposure of the wearer. For individual adjustment of the helmet, head and cheek pads are available in different thicknesses.
Removable ear pads in the ear area contribute effectively to noise insulation.
Cutouts in the ear area allow the installation of a communication system.

Ventilation: The 6 ventilation inlets and 4 exhaust outlets of the SHOEI NXR2 are connected via a branched ventilation system within the helmet shell and noticeably reduce the interior temperature and humidity in the helmet. They always ensure a sufficient supply of fresh air for the driver without increasing noise pollution. The result is a pleasant climate inside the helmet for a concentrated and fatigue-free ride, both when driving sportily on the race track and when traveling on a motorcycle to warm countries.
The ventilation inlet closure slides can be easily felt even with gloves.

Aerodynamics: The integrated spoiler in the back of the head stabilizes the helmet at higher speeds. The compact and aerodynamically optimized design of the SHOEI NXR2 further reduces its wind resistance and its tendency to lift compared to the already low values of the previous model. This effectively relieves the strain on the driver's neck muscles and reduces the fatigue effect, even on longer journeys.
Vortex generators on the edges of the visor and a newly developed visor seal minimize noise in the visor area.

Scope of delivery: The SHOEI NXR2 is supplied with a PINLOCK®EVO lens for use in the standard CWR-F2 visor and suitable replacement pins.
Also included are a breath guard, a chin curtain, SHOEI logo stickers, an original SHOEI helmet bag for careful storage of the helmet and a silicone oil to care for the visor seal and mechanics.
The helmet manual and the brochure “How to use your helmet properly” contain valuable information on the use, maintenance and care of the SHOEI NXR2.
