Returns from Germany / Austria

Every return must be accompanied by a completed return slip . You will receive the free return label and return slip after completing and sending the return form by email ( PDF file in the email attachment) .

ATTENTION !!! You will receive two emails with a time delay. It can take up to 2 hours until you receive the mail with the label

Please also check your spam folder. The data required for filling out are listed on the white label on the helmet express packaging or on your invoice, which was sent by email.

Returns from other countries:

You have to pay the return shipping costs. Please enclose a copy of your invoice in the package as well as a note stating the reason for the return.

Guidelines for all returns

- The goods must be unused, have all labels attached and be returned in the undamaged original packaging.

- Please pack the returned goods in an appropriate outer box so that they are not damaged during transport.

- Please do not use the original packaging for shipping. We will send goods back to you that are not provided with an outer box.

- Please do not return any goods freight collect. We will not accept this.

- Goods that have already been personalized or registered cannot be returned or exchanged!
