A SHOEI HELMET IS MANUFACTURED BY HAND

A motorcycle helmet from Shoei "does not run" from the assembly line - but made by hand. Moreover, in this manual work is the experience of more than 50 years. Only helmet shells made of fibre-reinforced plastic are used for Shoei helmets. Already here the employee's code of ethics is shown since in each Shoei helmet the name of the employee is found, who is responsible for the quality of the specimen. Since it is impossible to manufacture high-quality paints even with the latest polyurethane lacquers, now specially trained employees are taking over this work step. Once again, the Shoei helmets are meticulously checked before another trademark is placed.
