No wonder the full-face helmet NEXX X.WST 2 is so sporty. Although without a shield, the helmet design is based on the legendary Enduro helmet X.D1. A closer look reveals the streamlined cutouts on both sides of the NEXX X.WST 2, and it is clear that the wind tunnel is no stranger to this full-face helmet from NEXX. The new arrangement of the vents also suggests that the designers have done their homework. The helmet shell is made of an X-matrix in two versions (1. multiaxial fiberglass, 3 D organic fibers, special aramid fiber or 2. carbon fiber). Three different helmet shell sizes ensure that the NEXX X.WST 2 full-visor helmet can be optimally adapted to the biker's morphology and that the touring biker arrives at his destination relaxed, even on longer journeys. Especially for long touring trips, good ventilation with the lowest possible noise level is essential. Air circulation starts at the chin and the ventilation slits located there, which provide the biker with more fresh air. This is achieved, among other things, by changing the angular arrangement of the ventilation elements, which also virtually prevents water from entering. The upper vents can be adjusted 3 times and are easy to use even when wearing gloves. The newly designed wind stopper on the chin keeps the noise level low and also offers better wearing comfort in the neck area.

Security concept and interior design

The X-Matrix composite material of the NEXX X.WST 2 full-face helmet forms the basis for head protection and absorbs or dissipates external forces acting on the helmet. The lower chin area has been further reinforced to counteract frontal impacts. The new NEXX X.WST 2 is equipped with improved "Emergency Straps" so that rescue teams can provide the injured person with appropriate care in the event of an accident. These are attached to the side pads and facilitate access to the injured person. In any case, the inner lining with its newly arranged ventilation channels can be removed and washed at 30 °C (hand wash recommended). The full-face helmet is also prepared for the optional NEXX X-COM Bluetooth system for entertainment and communication. Conclusion: The NEXX X.WST 2 presents itself in a sporty "Slim Fit" design and yet has all the comfort features that the biker expects from a touring helmet.
