The Schuberth C5 is the latest technology in the Schuberth flip-up helmet collection and the first with P / J homologation that is approved according to the new ECE-R 22.06 regulation. The Schuberth C5 combines ultimate safety, amazing aerodynamic and aeroacoustic performance with a compact and lightweight design that further develops the iconic and timeless "C" philosophy in a modern way. The interior with its exclusive individual concept for seamless cladding offers a level of comfort that has never been seen before.

THE NEW ERA OF FOLDING HELMETS:

The Schuberth C5 represents the new era of flip-up helmets and is the result of 20,000 hours of development, of 2,000 helmets tested in the Schuberth environmental and wind test laboratory and more than 400 hours of test drives on German roads.

ENDLESS EVOLUTION:

Schuberth's legacy in the flip-up segment began more than 20 years ago with the CONCEPT, the very first Schuberth flip-up. Since then, Schuberth has been in an endless evolutionary process that has led the company to redefine the benchmark standards several times. The C5 is a light but safe helmet, with a shell design that is more modern and aggressive but at the same time quieter.

EXCELLENT AEROACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE:

Since the first concept helmet, the outstanding aeroacoustics have been one of the outstanding elements of all Schuberth flip-up helmets. During the development of the C5, our technicians spent more than 200 hours in Schuberth's own wind tunnel to optimize the design of the helmet shell. These studies, together with a new bolster concept that ensures a perfect sealing of the underside of the helmet shell, enables the C5 to achieve the remarkable result of 85 Dba at 100 km / h on a naked bike.

NEW VENTILATION SYSTEM:

The ventilation makes the C5 one of the most innovative helmets in the flip-up helmet category. Optimal thermoregulation of the head maximizes the driver's performance and comfort. For this reason, the C5 is designed to combine the ultimate in ventilation with the double chin air inlet with replaceable filter, combined with a new rear spoiler with air outlet and uncovered EPS ventilation ducts.

SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL CONCEPT:

The Schuberth C5 sets new standards in terms of comfort. The standard head pad is designed to provide uncompromising comfort to all of our customers, but those with extreme head shapes tend to be forced to compromise on fit and size. For Schuberth, compromises are not an option, which is why we are introducing the Individual concept with the C5.

SAFETY FIRST:

At Schuberth, safety is paramount. With the C5, Schuberth presents its first helmet with P / J and ECE-R 22.06 homologation. This includes a new DFP fiberglass shell reinforced with carbon fibers to improve shock absorption and reduce weight. Like the entire Schuberth collection, the C5 also benefits from the Anti Roll Off System in conjunction with a chinstrap in a new, progressive position for improved comfort in the neck area.
