The features of the Shoei Neotec 2

As with the previous model, the Shoei designers have made no compromises in terms of safety and performance with the Shoei Neotec 2. Although the system helmet Neotec 2 comes with an integrated sun visor, nothing is reduced in the thickness of the EPS liner. This is made possible by an improved helmet design. The helmet shell appears to be slightly raised in the forehead area to accommodate the liner and Sun Shield. But while the previous model was rather plain at the ventilation openings, the bikers can enjoy stylish design features at the lower and upper air inlets of the new flip-up helmet Shoei Neotec 2. The base of the vents stands out on the helmet shell in black, the top-mounted Aero Deflector with its two white "wings" gives the Neotec 2 a dynamic look - even when folded up. The chin and visor of the Shoei Neotec 2 have been designed in such a way that the jet helmet version is a compact unit with an impressive silhouette.

Improved visor with optimized visor transition

With the Shoei Neotec 2 the Japanese present the new CNS-3 sighting technology. An outstanding feature is the transition of the visor to the helmet shell. The new visor structure counteracts the penetration of water and moisture to a high degree as if it were a fog. Instead of the conventional double-lip visor, the Shoei Neotec 2 flip-up helmet uses a form-fitting version with an airtight CNS-3 visor seal curved inwards at the upper edge. The three-dimensional inner structure, formed from urethane pads of varying thickness, explicitly addresses the biker's ergonomics. The velvety soft fabric of the inner lining additionally flatters the skin, especially on long rides. In the area of the ears, special removable pads are attached in which the speakers of an intercom system can be fixed.
