Schuberth Helme – eine ganz besondere Marke hier im Online Shop

Bevor ein Schubert Helm zu einem Meisterstück reift, werden nicht weniger als 14 verschiedene Glasfaserteile, Karbon und eine spezielle Polymerharzmischung per Handarbeit in Form gebracht. Der Helmrohling wird unter hohem Druck und Hitze gepresst, ein Wasserstrahl mit 3.000 bar Druck schneidet im Anschluss mit höchster Präzision die Helmschale heraus. Dann geht es ab in die Schleiferei, wo auch die kleinste Unebenheit beseitigt wird. Und kein Schuberth Helm ohne seine aufwendige Lackierung. Insgesamt viermal durchläuft ein Schuberth Integralhelm, Schuberth Klapphelm oder Schuberth Jethelm die Lackstation, bis die Grundierung, sowie der Farb- und Klarlack den hohen Qualitätsmaßstäben genügen. In zahlreichen Montagevorgängen werden die Anbauteile, die Hochleistungs-EPS-Innenschale und das handgenähte Innenfutter montiert.
