Return from Germany / Austria/ Switzerland/France

You will receive the label for the free return and the return slip by e-mail after you have filled out and sent the return form. You find the data for filling in the form on the shipping label, on the invoice you received by e-mail or on the shipping confirmation.

Please print the mail with the return information and put it in the package so that we can record the return quickly, easily and correctly.

You can easily return items from different orders in one package. In this case, include copies of the invoices in the package and request a return label for one of the invoices as described.

Returned products will be processed within 5 business days (not including Saturdays) of receipt.

Please note: You will receive two mails delayed. It may take up to 2 hours until you receive the mail with the label. Please also check your spam folder.

 

Return from further abroad:

You have to bear the shipping costs. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and state the reason for return. You are welcome to note this on the copy of the invoice.

Guideline for all returns

- Merchandise must be unused, with all labels attached, and returned in the undamaged product packaging.

- Make sure all goods are safely packed into an appropriate shipping box..

- Please do not use the product packaging as shipping packaging. Goods that are not provided with a shipping box will be returned to you.

- Please do not return any goods freight collect. We will not accept them.

- Goods that have already been personalized or registered are excluded from return or exchange!
