    NEXX X.G20 - enjoy straightforward driving fun

    The letter “G” in the model name refers to the “Garage” product range - and in our opinion is the understatement of the year. Because the NEXX X.G20 is definitely not made for the garage. This open face helmet with a full visor wants to be seen with the biker out on the country road in the direction of nature or in the city for meeting like-minded people in the street café. Whether on the scooter to the university or with the chopper cruising the highway, the fiery Portuguese with the nostalgic charm cuts a fine figure everywhere.

    An absolute hit with the new NEXX X.G20 is of course the large panoramic visor. Some motorcyclists like goggles, others want more space in their helmets and don't want to wear glasses directly. The large visor, which can be easily adjusted with a single movement, provides this space. The visor is in fact pulled so far towards the chin that the entire face is protected from insects and the like. The helmet shell and visor design with chin line are strongly reminiscent of the dirt helmets of bygone days. Thus, the NEXX X.G20 appears as a reinterpretation of classic, aesthetic principles, rounded off by cutting-edge technology.

    This includes the helmet shell made from the so-called X-MATRIX, a process in which multiaxial glass fibers, organic 3D fibers and Kevlar, special aramid fibers and carbon fiber reinforcement are combined. The result is a light and robust helmet shell that is 35% stronger than normal fiberglass, also in terms of resistance to stretching and bending. Purism on the outside, a soft, luxurious inner lining on the inside that leaves nothing to be desired: antiperspirant, anti-allergic, removable and washable. A sophisticated cooling system provides an additional feeling of freshness. The double D-ring locking system secures the helmet as it should be.

    Last but not least, there is now the resolution of the standard code mentioned at the beginning. Because the NEXX X.G20 is already homologated according to the new ECE standard 22-06. The NEXX X.G20 jet helmet with full visor was also tested even more rigorously than the already very safe predecessor models. Visor (impact speed of foreign bodies), helmet shell (impact point freely defined by the examiner), mechanics and interior are now examined more closely by the examiner.
