Nexx helmets - modern brand for innovative helmets

The Portuguese manufacturer Nexx is still a real youngster compared to other helmet manufacturers. But the advantages of this are obvious: A young, dynamic company that is guaranteed to keep up with the times and is on its way to becoming self-actualizing, full of motivation. Despite the fact that the company was only founded in 2001, Nexx has already positioned itself on the world market and, with helmets such as the Nexx SX.10, praises its high quality and modern design.

Safety of the Nexx SX.10 helmet

The Nexx SX.10 is not only a visual highlight, but also offers certified safety. The helmet shell is made of a mixture of ATR (Advanced Thermo Resin) and PC (Polycarbonate), also called thermoplastic. For the high impact resistance that the Nexx SX.10 helmet offers, it is therefore also tested according to ECE/22-05. The helmet can be opened quickly and easily in an emergency using the quick-release system on the closure of the helmet.

The Nexx SX.10 is equipped with an antibacterial lining. Because of this and the structure of the fabric, the Nexx SX.10 is also very suitable for allergy sufferers. Furthermore, the inner padding is completely removable and washable. With just 1,200 grams, the helmet is incredibly light and can therefore be worn on longer tours without any problems. The Micrometric ratchet closure ensures that the Nexx SX.10 helmet fits perfectly, which is why it adapts perfectly to the head, does not fit too tightly, but still offers enough support. Thanks to the back of the head ventilation, forehead ventilation and upper head ventilation, you will also like to wear the Nexx SX.10 helmet on hot days. Ventilation can be adjusted with one grip by sliding the upper shell backwards to open or forwards to close. This is made possible by the visor closure, which the manufacturer proudly calls "The Wheel".
